Saturday Super Kids Program

Give your child the chance to explore, create, and grow through Hi5 Kids’ unique Saturday Super Kids Program! This fun-filled class is packed with exciting, hands-on activities that make learning English natural and fun.

Each month, we “travel” to a new country through cooking. Cooking is the center of our monthly theme — children prepare simple, kid-friendly dishes from each country while learning themed vocabulary and expressions. These cooking adventures are supported by science projects, dance, dramatic play, and crafts, creating a full cultural experience.

Children also begin learning Dolch sight words (pre-primer, primer, and Level 1), an important foundation for confident reading.

All lessons are led by qualified native English-speaking teachers in a 100% English environment, giving children the same natural exposure as in overseas classrooms.

Our Super Kids don’t just study English — they live it. With every project and story-filled adventure, they gain confidence, widen their vocabulary, and discover that learning can be as fun as playing with friends.

What is Dolch Sight Words?

📘 Mastering Dolch Sight Words

At Hi5 Kids International, our students master the Dolch Sight Words through fun, engaging activities and consistent daily practice. These essential words help build strong, confident readers and support long-term literacy development.

Many Dolch sight words cannot be easily “sounded out” using phonics and instead need to be learned by sight and memorization. These words are especially important because studies show that about 50% to 75% of the words children will come across in schoolbooks, library books, newspapers, and magazines come from the Dolch basic sight word list. Mastering these words gives children a strong foundation for confident and fluent reading.

11:15–11:50	Outdoor Play & Exploration Park time to encourage gross motor skills and social play Monthly themed craft making to strengthen fine motor skills and creativity (Indoor alternative provided in case of rain)
12:00–12:45	Lunch & Clean-Up Lunch with a focus on manners and table etiquette Tooth brushing and hygiene practice Elementary Prep Program for advanced students (approx. 20 minutes)
12:45–1:10	Creative Development Arts & crafts to strengthen fine motor skills Activities include drawing, painting, cutting, pasting, and more
